By far the easiest process I've ever been a part of when purchasing a bike. Living out of state I was leery of buying something sight unseen except for pictures. Brandy walked me through the process, sent me the paperwork via email, signed and returned, wired money and now I have a badass 09 Softail Crossbones! The hardest part was waiting for the bike to arrive, (they even set up the shipping) but once it did, I was more than happy with the purchase. I don't usually leave reviews however this place appears to deserve a really good one. Not riding a bike for over 10 years, I decided to get back into the wonderful sport and found it very hard locating a motorcycle that awarded sufficient leg room. I'm very tall and cannot fit on most motorcycles that are made today. I took a chance and contacted Cycle Exchange out in Andover New Jersey, spoke to Mr Walker who answered all my questions without showing a sign of exasperation nor did he rush me in any of our dialogue. He answered all questions thoroughly and was very courteous. I placed a significant deposit on the motorcycle without seeing it person and then drove out to New Jersey from Connecticut a week later to eyeball the bike. To my disappointment, the bike did not offer enough leg room and the seating position was all wrong for me. I felt very cramped and was ready to give up. I sat on 147 motorcycles in this showroom on both floors and Mr Walker continued to be very patient and left me alone as I went through the painful task of finding the right fit. I finally found a great Harley-Davidson Fat Bob which offered me enough room and not at any time that I feel rushed, pressured or spoken over by any of the staff. In fact, they were extremely friendly, laid back and extremely patient with people. Mr Walker is a very relaxed guy, has a lot of patience for people who are not motorcycle experts nor did he put on any bad act. He's a professional and a really nice person to do business with. You don't usually find that today as many walk around arrogant and appear entitled. I would highly recommend Cycle Exchange to anyone looking for a pre-owned motorcycle good quality at a fair market price. Well done Mr Walker, well done.

Recently I had the urge to purchase another motorcycle after not riding for many years. I found a great number of available bikes at Cycle Exchange online however, they're located in New Jersey and I reside in Connecticut. I took a chance, pulled the trigger and made the phone call inquiring about a certain bike and blindly placed a significant deposit on it without even seeing it in person. I spoke to Mr Walker at the Andover location and he was patient, answered all my questions without making me feel as I was wasting his time or just kicking some tires. I set out to buy a touring bike but after traveling two and a half hours to look at it a week later, I found that it didn't offer sufficient leg room could not move forward with the deal because of this. I was very disappointed that I could not find a motorcycle that fit me well given my height of 6'4 and long legs. Mr Walker was extremely patient, took me through almost every motorcycle which was about 147 units at that time and let me take my time without bothering me. I finally found a Harley-Davidson of 10 years of age but appeared to be an excellent shape. I moved forward with the deal, had it delivered and received a great follow-up message from him. He responds very quickly with answers to questions through text messaging and is extremely courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle. They're not pushy, arrogant and never make the customer feel inept. Well done Walker, well done.

UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Most places give you good customer service when you are looking to buy a bike, Cycle Exchange is no different. After not riding for 5 years because of a hip replacement I got the itch again. We took the hour and a half ride there from NY looking for a bike that would not break the bank but would check a couple of boxes (comfortable rides 2 up and fairing with sound) on Saturday. Originally I went to look at V-Star deluxe and a couple of Street Glides but after showing us those bikes and realizing those were not exactly what I was looking for, Jay pointed us toward an Ultra Classic that checked all the boxes and was able to put me on it for what I was looking to spend. Brandy then took over to handle the paperwork and finish the sale. Everything went as stated and I picked up the bike the next time I could make it back, on Friday. On the ride home I thought I noticed something amiss in the throttle handgrip but after not riding for 5 years I was not sure if it was the bike or me. The next morning I went for a ride and confirmed it was the bike. I texted Brandy that I was on my way down and he assured me it would be looked at as soon as I arrived. HERE is where the customer service became the best I have ever experienced. I pulled in and was met by Brandy before I could get off the bike. He took the bike right in and then offered me a ride to the diner up the street to grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat rather than just sitting in a chair in the waiting room, which I accepted. Within a half an hour they advised me it was the throttle cable that was causing the issue and would have to be replaced. They then drove me an hour and a half home. Upon receiving the part they installed it and delivered the bike to my house. The selection and variety at Cycle Exchange along with the no pressure but able help you find exactly what you are looking for sales team would be enough for me to recommend them. The customer service after the sale makes me say to anyone looking for a bike, you would be crazy to buy anywhere else!! 5 stars is not enough, I give Brandy, Jay and the entire Cycle Exchange 10 STARS and HIGHLY recommend them for your next purchase!!!

I found the exact bike I wanted - a 2006 Triumph Tiger - at the Cycle Exchange, all the way across the country. The salesperson (Zach) was low pressure and spent a lot of time going through the bike with me. The price was fair and the actual sales transaction was quick and easy. Took longer to register the bike at DMV than to actually buy it. I have sent several friends here and they have always had a great experience. Being a BRAND new street bike rider, I did not know what I wanted to ride. A cruiser or a sport bike. So I went with the Suzuki GW250. WOW. The price was right. In my search for a used triumph tiger 800 xc I found them hard to come by, my search led me to The Cycle Exchange. All the pics and descriptions of the motorcycle were clear and accurate. Mike in sales was also very clear and honest about the motorcycle's condition,and he took the time(while i was on the phone ) to personally inspect the bike and relay answers to me, I bought the bike site unseen! Me and my buddy rode two up 6 1/2 hours form vt to pick the bike up. I could not believe how clean this bike was in person! Mike had the bike prepped and ready to ride! Today I called cycle exchange and asked if they would be interested in purchasing my 2 006 yamaha v-star, and Mike said yes they would. Now here is where it gets weird, he talked to me straight up. He asked me how much I was looking to get for my bike, i told him what i had in mind, he thought about it for a minute and said fine we have a deal. there was no haggling no knocking my ride just a total professional sales transaction. I did not get treated this good from the dealer in pennsylvania when i bought the bike brand new. Traveled over 400 miles from Annapolis MD to the cycle exchange, let me tell you it was so well worth it that I will never buy another motorcycle from anyone else again. Could not believe the size of the showroom, with so many large selections of sparkling Clean detailed machines, upon first sight I felt like a kid in a candy store. My salesmans name was John who had been working there many years, a fellow biker having lots of experience. He was polite and very helpful, loaded up my machine for me, and strapped it down with tie downs I purchased there, also gave me safe advice on transporting. When arriving home some 5 hrs later the motorcycle had not budged an inch. Bought my first motorcycle in 1963, and have owned 14 since then, so with this much experience I can honestly say that you will not go wrong at the Cycle Exchange in New Jersey. The Harley I purchased there rides, runs, and looks like a new one. So travel those extra miles and make yourself happy, I know I am. Thanks Guys.

I had been looking at selling my bike for some time and after finding your website and seeing that you purchased used biked I decided to email you. I promptly received an email from John asking for more information about my bike. Several emails later, I was on my way to your store with my bike with what I thought was a fair price for my bike. Everyone I encountered at your store was friendly including the young lady that greeted my wife, daughter and I as soon as we came in and the gentleman who assisted me in off loading my bike. A short time later, we sat down with John and went over everything which took maybe 10 minutes at the most. Everything was straight and up front and overall a great experience. John even hooked my 2 yr. old daughter up with a t-shirt. I was at your store for a total of 30 minutes at most, and everything was great. I will recommend you to anyone I know interested in buying or selling a motorcycle and should I decide to purchase another one down the road, I will be sure to contact you guys first. From learning about truck trailer hook-ups, driving with the trailer, and then getting home with "how do I go forward on the bike without stalling" We've come a long way!! THANKS SO MUCH!! I purchased a '05' VTX1300R. The entire experience was great from my initial calls on the phone to working with the sales person at Cycle Exchange. Mike was the sales person I worked with and he was wonderful. I've been going to Mike and the guys for over a year now.I wasted a lot of time with other shops that would jerk you around and dig to the bottom of your pocket for half a** work or service. I'm done looking, ill go here for life, these guys are the best and I recommend them all the time. They are fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable...but don't expect to catch Mike without food in his mouth.
