Q: Do your bikes come with any type of warranty?

A: Yes, all of our Certified Motorcycles come with a 30 day Cycle Exchange unlimited mile powertrain warranty. We also offer extended service contracts from 6 months to 3 years at an additional cost.

Q: Have your bikes been checked over/serviced?

A: Yes, every bike has gone through our service department, been road tested and safety inspected. All issues have been addressed or we will disclose any found issues we have not repaired. Fluids have been checked but not changed.

Q: Can I take a test ride?

A: No, our insurance company does not allow them. However one of our associates will gladly ride the motorcycle around our lot for your inspection.

Q: What if I don’t like the bike?

A: Every Cycle Exchange motorcycle comes with our wholesale buy back guarantee. We will buy it back at its wholesale value at any time or you have the option to sell it privately.

Q: Are deposits refundable?

A: No, all deposits are non-refundable. If switched to another bike there is a $299 transfer fee.

Q: What’s the best price you can do on this bike?

A: We don’t feel it’s fair that a better negotiator should get a cheaper price. So for that reason our Cycle Exchange Certified motorcycles have “No Haggle Pricing”. The price you see is the price you pay plus dealer fees and sales tax. This assures all of our customers get the same great deal. We also feel they are all competitively priced and are the best value on the market today.

Q: Do you offer financing and what are the rates?

A: Yes and it all depends on your credit.

Q: How long can you hold the bike for?

A: With a nonrefundable deposit as long as you need. However a $149 per month storage fee will apply after 30 days and must be pre paid.

Q: What other fees are charged?

A: All of our certified pre owned vehicles have a Documentary, Detail and Destination fee. The Documentary portion covers our dealerships costs involved with the following: Processing of the paperwork for the transaction, postage if any, temporary registration, available Cycle Chex history report and the guarantee of a clean title in the name of The Cycle Exchange.

License, Title and Registration. These fees are not included and are paid to DMV upon registering.

The Destination and Detail portion of the fee covers the dealerships costs of getting our customers quality pre-owned units from all over the country to our showroom floor. Then professionally detailed and up to 30 days of free pre-delivery storage.
